一向好喜歡捐窿捐罅搵野食既我,今次黎到呢間,誇張啲講句,真係無憾🤩叫左個二人鐵板鮑魚Set,「頭盤野菜沙律」🥗仲有「螺🐚」有好新鮮既冰菜呀😍😍😍然後師傅就拎左一隻大過佢手掌既鮑魚出黎仲有大大隻既帶子同埋白甘錭🐟正式開餐🍽🍽🍽「帶子」配有紫菜汁,上面既魚子係師傅特別調製,入口絕對唔會腥架再黎就係「巨鮑」,師傅整左兩個食法,一個係鐵板燒上碟, 一個係厚切再加鮑魚膽汁食,個汁真係冇得輸,一試難忘壓軸出場,「厚切白甘錭炸魚鱗」,食魚鱗真係第一次,好回味,新鮮炸起上碟,魚鱗炸到勁脆一咬就碎,連埋魚肉,一下脆一下軟🤤🤤黎到一定必食,無論如何一定要試再黎係「法國鵝肝」,😻好耐無食喇。師傳配埋印有「崟」既方包,送個鵝肝食, 又係極足料,拎出黎比你睇,係你面前煮比你食加個「A5 燒和牛」細心既師傳加左塊方包係下面吸油👏🏻有個重魚味而不腥既「湯」,好多地方都唔係輕易飲到,用十幾斤既魚淆成幾十碗,重質不重量!「炒飯」加左櫻花蝦,特別香口,飯粒粒分明,粒粒皆辛苦👍🏻白菜仔食得多,鐵板燒又係第一次,用左薑汁炒一炒再淋面焗,薑味濃郁最後!可以話係簡單而隆重將「方包」呢個簡單食材用一個極致既方法去整🍞其實我真係好飽
