To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經朋友介紹嚟到呢一間隱世小店食水餃、小籠包酸辣湯...因為太過隱蔽啦，行過都睇唔到。不過原來佢喺呢度非常出名，要食佢嘅蔥油煎餅3:00前就要排隊啦，因為3:00會新鮮出爐，我哋坐喺度食嘅時候已經見到開始有人排。試咗呢幾樣野酸辣湯、小籠包、水餃因為太好味啦後尾再encore多一次酸辣湯，另外再叫咗生煎包同埋煎餃，生煎包同埋煎餃非常juicy, 食嘅時候大家要小心啊，啲肉汁一咬就即刻爆出黎，啱啱煮起會辣親咀。
