To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每一台都有酒精搓手液，員工仍然有帶口罩，地方企理乾淨，唔會癡粒粒，老闆會同客人傾偈，對自己出品有信心出左名就自然加價，原本冇乜期望，但係原來真係隱世茶餐廳，仲好食過西貢海鮮店分量充足，夠晒新鮮足斤大蝦蝦，夠新鮮，夠大隻 ，夠足量炸蠔好味絕對有驚喜，分量充足，一口接一口真係好味烏頭蒸得啱啱好，夠大條新鮮蟹，老闆即時打電話去買有兩隻量，夠哂野味招牌走地雞半隻幾好味但係比較細隻冇乜肉食可能下次叫一隻會比較多肉
