啱啱今日喺九龍灣做完嘢,咁就同同事喺呢度食飯,咁見到Emax有間叫新潮樓嘅茶樓,咁就試下其實個場都幾大,而且都有驚喜,大家睇下我食咗啲乜:椒鹽白飯魚:係用新鮮嘅白飯魚煮嚟,外皮裹上椒鹽調味料,炸至香脆金黃。魚肉鮮嫩多汁,椒鹽調味帶嚟香辣嘅風味,同埋配上香噴噴嘅白飯,味道更加豐富。我鍾意食佢嘅香脆口感同埋美味。客家黃酒雞(半隻):使用半隻新鮮嘅雞煮成,燉煮時加入獨特嘅客家黃酒。雞肉鮮嫩滑嫩,而黃酒嘅香氣完美地融入雞肉之中,帶嚟濃郁嘅味道。XO醬芥蘭鮮魷:呢道餸以新鮮嘅鮮魷炒製,再配上特製嘅XO醬同埋爽脆嘅芥蘭。鮮魷嘅嫩滑口感同芥蘭嘅清脆口感互相呼應,XO醬嘅香辣味道令整道菜更加美味。反沙芋頭:新鮮嘅芋頭製,外酥內軟,口感豐富。芋頭嘅甜味同埋脆口嘅外皮完美結合,帶嚟微微嘅甜味。 作為餐後甜品呢個係一個完美嘅完結。
