To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍馬拉公公（屯門)隱世埋名嘅餐廳🍴以馬來西亞華橋主理,正宗檳城口味,好岀色又有特色，所以食落好有風味～食材更是由馬來西亞入口，每款菜式有別於坊間馬來西亞菜式，身於屯門既街坊，都好有口福👍🔸 檳城冬炎摻摻｛雞絲｝冬陰功湯底超級濃郁，酸味同辣味都好夠，飲得出有唔同香料嘅味道，開胃清爽～雞絲都好入味～另加蕃茄洋蔥🧅整體感覺好清新！🔸 桔仔話梅冰帶點回甘味，飲完感覺好舒服😌🔸 鮮牛油咖央多士麵包薄切，且烘至外脆，再塗上厚厚的咖央醬，係班蘭味道不會太甜太膩香，非常邪惡🥪🔸 檳城白咖喱摻摻白咖喱湯底很濃郁，椰香味撲鼻，食完口中充滿椰奶味，帶有小辣，裡面有蝦🦐魚片魚蛋雞蛋，混合了油麵和米粉，幾好味。🔸怡保白咖啡充滿馬來西亞的味道，不甜也不苦，即沖即飲，完美既白咖啡，正👍
