朋友約食飯,佢話要帶我食好野,於是就黎到呢間Al Forno 啦~我同朋友約係地鐵站等,跟著OpenRice嘅Location沿住中環長長扶手電梯一路上,不過去到Openrice指嘅位置,搵唔到間餐廳,再用Google Map search返「金豪大廈」先知要行多兩條街.....所以大家想去的話,就要Google下先啦!其實實際好易去,就係PMQ上一條斜路仔就係啦~入到去店員同我地講仲有Happy Hour,好丫,就黎杯啤酒Chill一Chill先~La Chouffe Beer (HH$58)店員介紹左個比利時嘅La Chouffe, 佢係一種未經過濾嘅Golden ale,酵母keep住係樽入面,令佢保持到入樽時嘅味道,我好鍾意佢嘅麥芽味重,飲落會有少少回甘嘅味道,配上厚厚嘅白泡,好靚嫁~ 酒精濃度以啤酒黎講屬於偏高,有8%酒精,所以要衡量一下自己嘅酒量啦!芝士白汁煙肉焗大啡菇($98)用火箭菜及車尼茄伴碟,加上少少黑醋,甜甜地好醒胃,大啡菇焗得啱啱好,好有菇味嘅原味,而且上面嘅醬用左黑松露醬混埋芝士同煙肉碎,on top再加上麵包糠先入爐焗,食起上黎好香口,芝士又唔會蓋過大啡菇,

譯返中文嘅話,可以叫做芝士四重奏,包括Gorgonzola、Emmenthal、Pecorino、Mozzarella,四種唔同嘅質地同味道嘅芝士夾埋一齊,味道夠濃夠香,而且佢係手造餅皮,仲用明火焗,皮脆內軟嘅質地,真係同電子爐嘅冇得比~!

磨菇黑松露意粉,有黑松露嘅香,不過唔似係平時用黑松露醬炒出黎咁咸,唔通用鮮黑松露菌嘅?
加埋cream sause 香濃得黎,又唔會太油膩,成個感覺好match~
hand made pizza最值得加分,因為真係要好花時間同地方去處理個餅底,焗大啡菇好味到我朋友要order 多一個!
價錢都唔算貴,分分鐘仲平過銅鑼灣食~真心推 環境都好舒適,加埋紅磚同玻璃kitchen,成個空間感好大
