在荃灣探完朋友,離開時行錯路入左後巷,聞到此店好香,行入去食個宵夜這裏雖然舖仔細細,但坐得很舒適先叫了些特色串燒黑豚五花腩-肉嫩而且係一層肥一層的五花腩,師父燒工了得,外面有些焦脆,內裏仍鮮嫩牛舌-有牛肉的油香味,但比牛肉爽,而且嚟串簡直係極品,香,爽,但又淋又嫩雞軟骨黃金燒-初時以為普通的雞軟骨,只係有個特別名,但送到枱面時,我聞到陣陣咸蛋黃香,非常香口豆腐唐揚-軟滑的豆腐經油炸後不易散,而且外皮吸收了醬汁同蘿白蓉的味道,更有層次,同去掉了油膩感厚燒玉子-一層一層,有層次感,有口感,配合醫油蘿白蓉食,味道更提升蟹膏海鮮炒飯-蟹膏味極濃,每啖也都有蟹膏香,蝦仁勁爽,食完想再食
