To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得星期四放假，決定和朋友去東涌shopping兼品嚐美食，聽居住附近的朋介紹，這間意大利餐廳質素不錯，一於去試食啦🤤🤩。💕餐廳有室内和室外露天位置，我們揀選坐室外梳化位置，環境好舒適好寫意啊，播放著輕鬆的音樂，吹著微風，很有異地情調，恍如置身外地旅行一般，餐廳職員也很有禮貌😊💯💯剛好星期一至五有Set lunch ，我們點了三份餐🥣忌廉蘑菇湯一上枱已聞到濃郁的蘑菇香氣撲鼻，入口質感綿滑厚實，吃到啖啖蘑菇碎粒，非常足料，配上烤脆了的法包，簡直為這一餐揭開令人愉悅的序幕🥗雞肉沙律沙律菜和甜椒都非常新鮮，加上有調味好的燒雞肉，感覺好清新，愈食愈開胃🍕 BBQ烤雞薄餅 BBQ Chicken Pizza賣相非常吸引，麵粉香氣十足的餅皮面層舖滿雞肉、芝士、磨菇、甜椒等配料 ，烤雞調味出色，口感嫩滑，餅皮更值得一讚，鬆軟得來帶點韌度，非常有咬口🍖醬燒迷你豬肋骨 Baby Back Ribs雖然叫“迷你”，但份量一點也不迷你，足足共有6條骨 ，廚師用慢煮方法烹調 ，將肉汁完全鎖住，肉嫰多汁，非常惹味 !加上骨肉容易分離，方便食用。至於薯條，更是即叫即炸 ，灑上少許鹽和香草，食落脆口過癮，令人食唔停
