去完圓方,唔想食連鎖餐廳,行過對面小巷,見到有間居酒屋,膽粗粗入去試吓。雖然店舖細細,但係入面裝修好用心,好日系好舒服,仲有outdoor seating添,啱晒呢啲咁舒服嘅天氣。嘢食嘅選擇好多,呢個明太子玉子燒,係我食過口感最好嘅煮法,兩種食材嘅味道平衡得好好。清酒浸鮑魚,份量比我想像中少,但一嚟賣相已經好吸引,二來酒香濃得嚟又唔會搶走咗鮑魚嘅鮮味。平時出去食加州卷都唔平,呢度$38有三大件,食材新鮮,抵食!芝士年糕大阪燒,呢個配搭冇得輸,年糕係比較企身,如果做到拉絲軟淋淋就更加好味啦。最後呢個甜品有驚喜,應該係檸檬同柚子味,好消滯。
