肥美軟嫩崩沙腩🥩自家掛汁粗管粉🥘軟糯麻糬鍋餅!-平時出Post除咗靠自己感覺,偷聽隔離枱都係個方法,可以了解多啲其他人對餐廳嘅睇法,而今次呢間私房菜,隔離枱都係keep住讚不絕口。作為私房菜,門口隱蔽之餘連Menu都冇,不過放心完全唔貴,菜式主打中西Fusion,中式代表係滬菜(上海菜),而西式就係法國菜,非常少見。-🍽️6-course Dinner ($650)因為係私房菜關係,六道菜嘅內容都可以因客人要求調整,但價錢完全唔貴,除返開其實一道都係大約$100,份量仲超多。🥓Deep fried Shanghainese bread stick with cuttlefish paste. Taco粟米餅皮用紫薯做成,夾上鹹香鹽焗雞,仲有鮮嫩多汁嘅菊苣,再配埋沙薑汁,外脆而內Juicy。

黑豚肉粒爆炒得香口,內裡油脂豐富,以極惹味嘅四川麻辣調味,中和油脂肥美膩感。

鴨肉鹵得入味後,再手撕成幼條,肉香又口感豐富,而粗管粉自家製,微微煙韌又極為索汁,索哂鴨肉鹵汁超濃郁。
🥩Pan seared U.S. angus beef outside skirt with cheese and salty egg risotto
少有用上崩沙腩,入口極為肥美軟嫩,肉味香濃,底下意大利飯用芝士同鹹蛋煮起,邪惡又啖啖甘香。
