To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友喺鰂魚涌呢頭搵嘢食，搵到間刺身料理店：魚願以嚐。間嘢其實幾隱世下，係啲屋邨入面，唔喺大街真係好難發覺到，應該係主力做住客生客。店面入面設計有樣好獨特嘅嘢就係佢周圍都貼晒海賊王同龍珠嘅海報，都算係有日本風。菜單有刺身丼、壽司刺身、手卷、日式小食等。刺身丼仲有分大中細飯量，我frd叫咗中飯量、 蟹柳、螺肉、中華沙律、飛魚籽同三文魚。跟餐仲送一配味噌湯。三文魚刺身好大好厚，而且其他配料都唔會唔新鮮。我就叫咗加洲手卷同吉列蝦手卷，蝦同蟹柳好大一條，成條手卷啖啖都食到。
