canton pot可算是一間幾隱蔽的火鍋店,重點在於它的位置是在旺角區內呢!裝修幾有feel,而且空間感十足。湯底有special款,我地叫左:花膠燉響螺湯($298)餐廳用上鴛鴦格,等我地可以一邊打邊爐,另一邊飲用燉湯的原汁原味。燉湯都好足料,花膠同響螺肉都落得大方。12款固定配料及醬料($28/位):特別之處係除左一般的炸蒜、辣椒等材料外,呢度有自家製沙爹醬(配牛肉一流)及廖孖記腐乳(配蔬菜好好食)。打邊爐點可以冇牛肉呢?本地金花𦟌($178):好有肉味美國牛頸脊($158):呢個有多些少脂肪,較肥美。四合丸($98):用鮮蝦肉、墨魚、蘆荀同金華火腿整成的手打丸,用料新鮮,所以食落去都好彈牙。蟹籽海皇餃($98):非一般蝦餃/水餃,加左蟹籽更有咬口,而且包得好飽滿呢!皇帝菜($58):滿滿一籃子蔬菜,份量好多!菊花茶($38):加左糖,少少甜,又滋潤。
