Restaurant: Wing Wah Southeast Asia Cafe

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日同A姐行吓上環,感受一吓老香港嘅生活同景象,令我哋回憶起香港從前嘅美好時光。行吓行吓,行到差館上街見到呢間藍色嘅建築,原來係以南洋風情為主打嘅榮華南洋冰室。餐廳設計用上南洋風情嘅瓦仔地板、木枱木凳,好有去咗旅行嘅感覺。蒜香牛油雞翼小食叫咗蒜香牛油雞翼,一份6隻,炸到金黃色嘅雞翼上面鋪上大量嘅炸蒜,令雞翼更加香口。外皮炸得鬆脆,雞肉又嫩又多汁,仲有淡淡嘅牛油香,好香脆好惹味。炭燒豬頸肉飯原本想食嘅海南雞飯,可惜售罄,退而求其次梗咗炭燒豬頸肉飯,個一啲都無令我失望。加上燒汁嘅豬頸肉燒到微焦,索晒燒汁嘅味道,豬頸肉嫩滑彈牙,肉汁味十足!最後飲埋夠晒解喝嘅青檸梳打。

小食叫咗蒜香牛油雞翼,一份6隻,炸到金黃色嘅雞翼上面鋪上大量嘅炸蒜,令雞翼更加香口。外皮炸得鬆脆,雞肉又嫩又多汁,仲有淡淡嘅牛油香,好香脆好惹味。

炭燒豬頸肉飯
原本想食嘅海南雞飯,可惜售罄,退而求其次梗咗炭燒豬頸肉飯,個一啲都無令我失望。加上燒汁嘅豬頸肉燒到微焦,索晒燒汁嘅味道,豬頸肉嫩滑彈牙,肉汁味十足!
