上星期朋友生日,近近地係附近book左間餐廳。成日經過但都唔多覺眼果陣有間餐廳,去到店員示意上一層,入到去有幾張枱,座位都幾舒服,唔會枱與枱之間太近。我地五大兩小,order左一板海膽,蒜容包,牛肋骨扒,黑毛豬,鵝干,燒雞,一個辣既意粉 唔記咩名,同Carbonara。真係有驚喜,首先請佢講牛,出面脆,肉質有口感,好香牛味。而根部方面好爽食落唔會好韌,係成餐飯最好食既一道菜。另外海膽都好新鮮,係香港食海膽好多時都唔太新鮮,但佢ok既。鵝干都好食,煎得好香 食落又唔會好多肥油。黑毛豬都可以,但就未去到個牛咁正囉另外一道驚喜係carbonara, 估佢唔到咁正,上面有個生旦黃,撈一撈又滑又白,入面有好多料,菇🍄同煙肉都好多,意粉軟硬度都適中,唔好擺一陣就硬掘掘。佢個蒜容包一客有4塊,叫左兩客。正常size啦 都好香。因爲有番咁上下厚道,我本人鐘意食外脆內軟既效果,喎鐘意脆口好似食餅乾咁。lee度整得相當唔錯 反而燒雞就麻麻,因為太多醃料汁,咸左少少。但份量同烤既時候都好好,有肉汁唔乾身。成餐飯食左2K, 本人表示相當滿意 食得出佢既食材唔差,咁既價錢食到中等西餐,希望佢可以keep住做落去
