前幾日去左銅鑼灣的season plus食dinner,第一次去依間分店,吾知味道會吾會吾同呢?南非生蠔no.1 $29 、法國吉拉多生蠔 $39: 兩款生蠔同樣帶重海水咸味,食落充滿蠔香味。蠔好滑而不太腥。酥炸鱈魚柳 $68: 這個魚柳不太討好我,因為炸得較油膩,外面太脆而入面太林,所以好易一夾就散。吾太食得出鱈魚柳既味道、口感。酥炸雞軟骨 $68: 雞軟骨炸得非常之脆身,好似食緊雞粒一樣甘。味道帶咸味,不算太油膩呢!牛油果忌廉汁三文魚意粉 $128: 由於加入左牛油果、忌廉,令整個口感會有極之creamy既感覺。意粉吾算太硬,連埋汁一同食用,好滑口!三文魚吾乾的。美國特級安格斯西冷 $198: 西冷牛扒煎得吾乾身,切開仲滲出吾少肉汁。肉質口感實肉,不太硬口而易於咀嚼啊!另外,仲有薯角作伴菜令整碟菜式吾會太單調。凍蜂蜜柚子蜜 $28: 味道較淡,不太甜。
