To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天又到樂富午餐,逛著逛著,看見一間麵包店,有人在排隊……細看入面,有一兩張咖啡high chair……再細看,原來裏面是寬敞的有座位的餐廳。原來是itamama門口,看不出。午飯價錢跟樂富其他食肆相若,有什菜湯、主食和飲品。餐湯是什菜湯,很濃郁。材料非常豐富,有很多蔬菜:紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、西芹、紅腰豆……真材實料。不過,我覺得味道又太濃了!Honey叫芝士肉醬千層麵雖然份量看似不多,但是有免治牛肉和芝士,所以會比較膩,這個份量就剛好。都好好味,但是肉醬的味道和雜菜湯的味道基本上是一樣的,所以太濃太膩了。我就叫牛肉粒炒珍珠飯 這個還可。不過,跟肉醬千層面相反,這個又太淡。而且,温呑呑的。飲品好,夠熱夠味!幾實惠!

餐湯是什菜湯,很濃郁。
材料非常豐富,有很多蔬菜:紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、西芹、紅腰豆……真材實料。
不過,我覺得味道又太濃了!

Honey叫芝士肉醬千層麵
雖然份量看似不多,但是有免治牛肉和芝士,所以會比較膩,這個份量就剛好。
都好好味,但是肉醬的味道和雜菜湯的味道基本上是一樣的,所以太濃太膩了。
