今日去咗位於中環威靈頓街斜路邊嘅「S2 Kitchen」食晚飯。雖然睇落係一間唔多起眼嘅居酒屋,但都好多人幫襯好熱鬧。今晚我就點咗一啲唔喺餐牌入面嘅嘢,其實都唔係話裡Menu,只係一啲寫喺黑板上面嘅廚師推介。海膽豆腐沙律:最特別嘅當然係主角海膽豆腐啦,橙黃色嘅豆腐,嘅有海膽嘅鮮甜味,又有豆香,豆腐仲要滑溜溜。沙律汁酸酸甜甜嘅,令人胃口大開,揀佢嚟做前菜絕對無錯。芝士魚餅:魚餅入面包住芝士,面頭再加上大板燒嘅醬汁,嘅特別又好食。黑松露和牛漢堡飯:和牛漢堡配上黑松露同太陽蛋。將蛋黃同黑松露撈混白飯,入口啖啖黑松露香。和牛漢堡扒厚厚,配搭埋太陽蛋剩低嘅煎蛋白,正。芝士蛋糕:甜品叫咗cheese cake。芝士味香濃,唔會輸比啲貴價野。作為總結非常之好。
