唔通呢個就係傳說中嘅愛心丼❤️?好有情人節Feel😂🌹用三文魚勁砌了一朵花🌷賣相十分吸引。三式丼有海膽、三文魚、三文魚籽,如果有睇草根另一個post,應該會知道呢到嘅壽司唔錯!估唔到海膽更突出😍,淨係睇個鮮燈色都諗到唔錯,食落不但鮮甜,而且口感Creamy,有在日本時吃到的影子🇯🇵!確實很少有餐廳提供這質素的海膽。三文魚籽咬唔係脆身,不過依然充滿鹹香,咪道唔錯👍🏻;三文魚🐟柔軟又滑身。成個丼份量好足,一定夠飽!中間仲夾左蟹子同櫻花蝦鬆。唯一係櫻花蝦鬆比較甜,令個飯好似落左層薄薄嘅砂糖咁😂感覺好似甜左d 啊🤭

意想不到這間隠藏於地底的日式餐廳如此不錯,平日真的不太察覺這間餐廳,值得大家一試啊!
