To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友去咗間隱藏於尖沙咀與佐敦中間高質西菜⭐️見到好多人係嗰度慶祝anniversary同生日餐廳又會幫手裝飾就知道幾有情調💕🫧餐前麵包麵包好脆配牛油好食，不過如果牛油可以加啲香草或者黑松露就會更加昇華。🍞海膽多士海膽好鮮甜大塊配脆脆蒜蓉多士好香口。🧀熱溶芝士沙律熱溶芝士咸香味比較重，沙律其實係有少少菜、蕃茄、蘆筍同有parma ham同火腿。🦞香草牛油烤龍蝦意大利麵龍蝦好彈牙又有蝦膏，意大利麵用有龍蝦汁同埋蕃茄味幾多 食。🥩150日穀飼肉眼扒肉眼扒好juicy有牛味又大塊，肉質比較淋。我哋叫五成熟就熟咗少少，但係都幾好食。
