To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上班大半年,很多時候都會乘小巴到荔枝角地鐵站。那天,如常地趕,早已打算買麵包作晚餐。下車走了幾步,發現了有一扇半開的門,然後看到Delifrance 的招牌。第一次見到,心想是何時開的新店呢? 後來跟店員聊天時,才知道這店開了已經差不多4年,只是我沒有留意而已。店內很大,至少也有二十張枱,卻只有兩枱食客,於是決定快快的點餐、快快的用餐。點了下午茶餐,可選一件酥及一杯飲料。於提子、肉桂及朱古力選了後者,對提供的飲料選擇不太感興趣,所以加了$8點了熱胚芽抹茶牛奶。由於店員將朱古力酥加熱,酥皮頂層脆得不得了,用刀叉一切開便碎開。朱古力酥也口感很對版,層次卻可以做得更多。胚芽抹茶牛奶要趁熱攪拌才可將沈澱的抹茶融掉。加上胚芽感覺很有新鮮感,但抹茶味可以更加突出。下午茶盛惠$38,不便宜,但卻在寒冷的黃昏讓我能歇一歇。
