$558竟然食到宮崎赤身同霜降和牛,仲要有專人席前烹煮關西風壽喜燒?🙈今日朋友帶咗我去呢間隱身觀塘工廈中高質宮崎牛壽喜燒,估唔到八點去到都仲full house,聞到啲香味已經食慾大增🤤*前菜*-水菜沙律漬-帶子黑魚子醬赤蝦呢個正,刺身新鮮,蝦頭係炸過勁香脆。-榮螺漬豆腐上面有蒜頭漬同埋金箔增加口感同味道層次。*壽喜燒*有不同嘅牛肉部位,店員都會好好,每次煮之前會簡介一下,而且唔同部位會配唔同蔬菜🥬不過去到後面醬汁有啲濃郁有啲鹹,所以一定要點佢比嘅日本蘭王蛋🥚會俾少少白飯配牛肉,因為之後仲有和牛炒飯。-宮崎肉眼係肩胛芯位,雪花最多。-西冷偏香口。-上肩里脊肉味濃郁,肉質偏淋-赤身牛肩位 肉質由呢度開始比較有咬口,肉味濃同creamy-西冷低少少近pat pat位比較juicy-上肩位肉味最濃郁,纖維感最高🍚和牛炒飯飯粒係偏濕少少但有咬口,配三文魚子同蔥一齊食超正。🍮甜品係豆腐雪糕同埋布甸🤩豆腐雪糕超重豆腐味,布甸滑嘟嘟有蛋香。
