聖誕啦,朋友係要見既~有人話想食呢間餐廳好耐,我就立即做野book枱~小小的一間餐廳只有幾張枱,普通cafe裝修,晚上有最低消費每人HK$300.- +10%,看上去好像有點貴,但其實係物超所值。首先上麵包,是經長時間發酵的酸種麵包,這是我第一次嘗試這種麵包。入口有少少酸酸地,好似有種果味咁。麵包皮比較硬,不過裏面好鬆軟。Citrus Cured Salmon, Herbs & Yoghurt dressing, Sesame seeds, Crackers ($148)唔知係咪金橘煙過,三文魚超級鮮味;在旁的香草乳酪醬都好fresh,唔當醬沾就咁入口都得!! 係個cracker爭少少,硬咗D。Seafood of the day - Grilled Australian Wild Prawns, Romesco Sauce ($288)五大隻蝦排得靚靚上碟,聞上去超級香!!!! 蝦肉非常彈牙又飽滿,蝦味濃,真係連蝦頭都唔想放過啜多兩啖。Grilled Steak - Australian 150 days Grain-fed Sirloin Steak ($450)這個主菜註明是可供

這個主菜註明是可供兩個人食, 但我地三個女仔都爭D食唔哂~
5成熟真係5成熟,肉見紅但完全唔會標血水,又唔會熟過頭。
油脂味好香,肉味超濃郁,又唔靭。

事實上我們是為甜品而來,日式布丁做得非常滑,濃味但唔會好甜好膩! 
加上新鮮清甜的金橘做擺盤,好適合打卡!!

Hojicha Creme Caramel w/ Sweet Potato Montblanc ($85)
這是我食過最濃茶味的甜品
入口就好似飲咗一啖濃茶咁。質感同樣十分細滑。
如果連上面的蕃薯蓉一齊食,茶味會蓋過番薯味。
咁講好似令人誤會上面的蕃薯蓉味道不足,但其實唔係, 分開食都覺得個蕃薯甜味好出架!!

Brownie, Vanilla Ice-Cream ($89)
朱古力味好重!!  鬆軟/濕潤/紮實的口感平衡做得好好。同樣以金橘伴碟。
