椰菜花天婦羅嘅fusion 菜好成功,炸椰菜花完全無油膩感,反而上咗薄薄嘅脆漿先炸更可嫁保留椰菜花嘅水份唔會過乾,加上迷你芝士火鍋🫕更滋味


Fried Cuttlerfish🦑
以鐵板上嘅炒墨魚🦑用上洋蔥🧅炒香後再上鐵板加熱,仲做到外脆內軟嘅口感😆

一大盤白酒煮青口有數十隻,隻隻夠新鮮開哂口,記得要連埋用咗白酒煮成嘅精華醬汁一齊食😋

壽喜燒和牛薄燒包住芝士、牛蒡同紅蘿蔔絲等,外軟內脆相重口感,壽喜燒牛肉係和食名物再加上西式煮法更特別👍🏻


Smoked Iberico Pork Collar
份量俾得相當慷慨😍伊比利亞豬切成一片片煮至5-7份熟,粉嫩爆汁,加上用上新鮮蕃茄燉煮嘅蔬果一齊食嘅話就唔會咁油膩😉

有別於平常用上手指餅嘅Tiramisu ,哩到用上更軟熟嘅蛋糕底,cream cheese 更軟滑奶味濃,重點係唔會好甜👍🏻👍🏻

是日gelato 係豆腐味超濃郁,豆香味濃又夠滑😋


Wine 🍾
見氣氛咁好就開咗支Moët & Chando Impérial Champagne ,酸度較甜度高,反而更有清新口感以平衡油膩感😎
