鍾意試新野嘅我,知道有新餐廳開張梗係要試下。晚餐百幾至二百幾都有,想la carte都有,甘價錢就梗係貴少少。我地一行四人,叫餐又散嗌左d。個牛係slow cook,好冧,個底唔係用薯蓉而係用粟米蓉,好得意。個魚係馬頭嚟,特色係食埋d魚鱗,趣卜卜,好過癮。個意大利米好堅持,唔似得好多其他甘用珍珠米,閨蜜本身係牛怪嫌魚腥,都話個魚好好味,但係都係鍾意個牛夠tender,真係佢講晒。唔記得左頭盤添,個溫泉蛋好味,d菇仲好味,所以湯都要encore嚟磨菇湯。三文魚他他用黎麥做底好捨得用料。我地係散嗌到叫左個腌魚,好鮮,好香,可能酸味味,好開胃。其實已經好飽,但女仔有個胃專俾甜品嘛!個panna cotta 有一粒粒黑色野,唔係芝麻,係新鮮雲呢嗱籽,好香。個紅酒煮梨加左肉桂好香。野飲杯沙冰都好令好味。
