Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

My boy is sick :'( 點解仲要黎接放工病咗要戒口！即刻上openrice睇下有冇啲好坐啲嘅粥店，就見到呢一間米芝蓮，不妨試下。我倆都認為今晚最驚喜嘅係隻糭！煮得熟透又有淡淡嘅荷葉香。另外入面有全隻鹹蛋黃，同埋包咗五香豬肉，冇咩肥膏但有豬油香。個人極力推介！以性價比黎講，我覺得隻糭贏過啲粥<3 我叫咗一碗狀元及第粥，好足料，有豬肚，豬腰，手打豬肉丸，黃沙豬潤同粉腸，每款有兩件。材料新鮮，亦都冇overcooked，睇呢啲內臟洗得都幾乾淨。特別係豬腰好考功夫，有啲地方如果洗得唔乾淨煮得差，根本就真係好似飲緊...:0) 粥底好夠綿，冇咩米粒，但幾鮮甜。分量大概有兩個飯碗咁多嘅粥，質素係ok嘅，快餐setting 黎講，54蚊一碗就偏貴左少少。佢叫左一碗白鱔粥，粥底相同。雖然白鱔真係好貴，不過一碗粥七十幾蚊，得三小片白鱔，好似有啲誇張，性價比較低。溫馨提示，如果皮膚唔好，以中醫嘅角度嚟講，係唔應該食冇鱗魚嘅，即係白鱔類最好唔好食啦：）下次乖啲啦好唔好？
