Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺旺角花墟附近行行下街落大雨，想搵間舖頭坐低避一避，明明條街就係有好多食肆，不過唔知點解隻腳自自然就行咗入七喜。對我嚟講七喜真係由細食到大，細個屋企附近又有佢，大個返工附近又有佢。而太子呢間舖其實都幾細，坐得有啲逼唔多舒服，不過食物種類就真係非常多，總有一款吸引到我。今日叫咗一碗豬潤生腸粥同埋豉椒牛肉炒河，唔知係咪因為已經係下午茶時間，啲粥嘅配料感覺冇平時食咁鮮味，粥底都偏淡。不過豉椒牛肉炒河就發揮水準，夠份量有鑊氣，調味都好好，總體嚟講都係食得滿足，當懷下舊都好呀。
