春菜五花腩份量很多,春菜是下火的菜式,有些似芥菜的口感,較清爽,配上甘香的五花腩,佐飯不錯咸菜豬肚湯用料十足,豬肚有咬感,咸菜味道已溶入湯水,豬骨是大筒骨,再加入胡椒,飲完覺得很暖胃。鹵水鵝鵝肉較肥美,醃得入味,肉質鮮嫩,不會太咸,底層還有花生,豆腐,甚有風味。韮菜豬紅我很喜歡豬紅,有如啡色的磚塊,無腥味,因為加入薑,辣椒,食起來很惹味。寶物藏底,會見到鮮嫩的韮菜,吃起來仍是熱的。高手反沙芋非常考究師傅的手工,芋頭在這個時令當造,芋頭很粉,而且仲見到紫紋。反沙是指砂糖由砂粒變糖漿後再轉回砂粒糖衣的過程,外層如雪,內裏非常熱。同時,仲見到少許蔥花,味道層次豐富

咸菜豬肚湯
