喺出面好多地方食雞煲,用嘅雞都唔需要好靚,因為個湯底嘅味道好濃,可以蓋過唔靚唔新鮮嗰啲肉嘅味道,所以真係冇諗過呢度用嘅雞會咁靚。今晚食椰子雞煲,雞肉同湯底分開上,另外仲有個椰青畀你倒落個湯底度,睇到都已經覺得好滋潤。滾起先飲頭啖湯,佢啲雞真係唔錯,肉質嫩滑有彈性。飲完雞湯食完一輪雞之後就打邊爐,我哋之後叫咗四樣嘢食,分別有蓮藕片、豬潤、竹笙同埋油麥菜,呢度嘅竹笙好靚,食落去好爽口同埋最重要係冇一陣噏味。
