To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾經幫襯某壽司連鎖餐廳後得了腸胃炎,所以已經有N年沒有踏足這類日式連鎖店。男友對千兩似乎有種特別的期待,久不久就會問要不要去千兩試一下。新世紀廣場經過翻新後變得更高檔,是晚因為嚐不到Urban,所以就來到了千兩。千兩是元氣的進化版,餐牌以冷盤為主,熱食較少。先來一客甜蝦蟹膏,$28兩件,青瓜和紫菜都很脆口,蟹膏味濃,甜蝦亦鮮甜。只覺得作為進化蝦的千兩在賣相上沒法給人一種高級的感覺,壽司瘦瘦弱弱的,有點可憐。三文魚腩$22兩件,入口油份很重,很有驚喜感,魚脂的香氣令人不禁想要再追加一客。帆立貝$38兩件,賣相和味道均很普通。再來是筋子($38/兩件),其實它跟三文魚子都是同樣的東西,不過前者還連着卵巢膜,吃起上來連着一大片,口感比較過癮。後者就是拆開卵巢膜的,散開一粒粒的叫作三文魚子。兩者都以鹽醃漬過,下次有機會,還真想試試沒有醃漬過的生筋子。眼前這碟筋子的賣相有點散開,不似日本師傅可以做到像生牛肉一樣一片到尾,而且咬下去稍欠爆珠感,味道亦有點過鹹。海膽$55兩件,是今餐價錢最貴,但味道卻差強人意的。入口味道帶苦的海膽,可惜呀。男友喜歡玉子,看見餐牌上寫着「千両特製厚燒甜蛋」,還抱有一點

男友喜歡玉子,看見餐牌上寫着「千両特製厚燒甜蛋」,還抱有一點期待,實物來到咀邊,只能說是用$14買兩件蛋卷。在日本的燒玉子分了不同派系,不過無論是甜派鹹派,因為加了糖、鹽、酒或高湯來調味,味道的層次都很豐富。眼前的玉子,純粹蛋味,令人不禁咀嚼「特製」的意思。匆匆吃完最後一碟槍魷魚,又要趕去探老虎了。
