聽朋友介紹話呢間好得,點知個湯牛味係重,湯也有一種醇厚,不過就完全冇鮮味,應該係湯骨用了進口急凍澳洲或安格斯牛骨,果d人牛味濃郁不過唔會有鮮味,河粉就比出面果d好,有煙韌感覺,唔會一夾就散,就算再嚟,都只會為個河粉
