To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難食兼服務態度奇差

話說附近冇乜茶餐廳，唯有去金記。首先，入到去個地已經跣吓跣吓油淋淋，諗住茶餐廳都差唔多係咁就算啦。跟住冇服務: 問啲姐姐攞個杯斟水都指手畫腳，跟住用QR code落單叫咗份西多士。刀叉都係要自己喺櫃桶度攞，但冇一隻刀或者叉係冇飯粒或者飯汁黐住，又油淋淋。跟住又等咗20分鐘問阿姐可唔可以跟下單，啲阿姐敷衍了事之後就走咗。前後問咗兩三次，都好似同空氣溝通咁。跟住再等多10分鐘，依然懶理不理。茶餐廳一份西多士都要等成30幾分鐘，誇唔誇張啲？ 最嬲嘅係，結果去收銀講你個西多太耐我唔等啦，佢仲追問你坐喺邊。 態度極其囂張！ 香港而家生意好好咩？點解可以對顧客態度咁差？ 而家會有人打劫你個西多士嗎？未食已經一肚氣，以後唔會再去任何一間金記，貼錢買難受。
