To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為貪方便快捷,一直都有keep 住食金記。仲記得兩年前,第一次食,佢嘅出品係正常水平,亦因為咁開始左,係附近又趕時間就習慣性地揀佢。直到大約半年前開始覺得佢愈做愈差,去到今次竟然連餐記最撚手嘅雜扒飯都可以失手到咁,睇嚟係時候脫離金記快飯行列了。今次點左佢今期新出品-金記雜扒炒飯。炒飯正常,但雜扒出曬事,首先係有小忽雞扒,乾過牛肉乾嘅牛肉,兩小半條乾到龜裂嘅腸仔,最正常兩小塊午餐肉,同半塊連骨嘅豬扒,即係得小小肉痴住果隻。成件事好奇怪,每樣都係唔完整一塊,寧願佢俾小一兩樣餸,正正常常俾塊完整。另外,乾得離譜嘅牛肉直情係咬唔入,點解咁都可以出俾客🥲送嘅例湯亦唔知點解好大陣豬騷味。另外,餐廳一d 角落亦不時有小昆蟲出現。餐具有飯汁污跡亦係常態。待應叔叔姐姐,態度亦屬一般以下。整體嚟講,真係愈做愈差,失望。 continue reading

話說附近冇乜茶餐廳,唯有去金記。首先,入到去個地已經跣吓跣吓油淋淋,諗住茶餐廳都差唔多係咁就算啦。跟住冇服務: 問啲姐姐攞個杯斟水都指手畫腳,跟住用QR code落單叫咗份西多士。刀叉都係要自己喺櫃桶度攞,但冇一隻刀或者叉係冇飯粒或者飯汁黐住,又油淋淋。跟住又等咗20分鐘問阿姐可唔可以跟下單,啲阿姐敷衍了事之後就走咗。前後問咗兩三次,都好似同空氣溝通咁。跟住再等多10分鐘,依然懶理不理。茶餐廳一份西多士都要等成30幾分鐘,誇唔誇張啲? 最嬲嘅係,結果去收銀講你個西多太耐我唔等啦,佢仲追問你坐喺邊。 態度極其囂張! 香港而家生意好好咩?點解可以對顧客態度咁差? 而家會有人打劫你個西多士嗎?未食已經一肚氣,以後唔會再去任何一間金記,貼錢買難受。 continue reading

話說今晚同朋友去咗金記冰室,首先嗌咗個招牌生髀,配朗朗嘅雪糕,真係食落口感幾有層次:外皮嘅脆香配上嫩滑雞肉,真係正到彈👍!仲有個獨特嘅金粒西多,分開嘅糖漿我就隨意加咗啲,美嘢呀,雪糕令西多提升咗個水平,一流!再來講下嗰南乳大蝦盛,簡直似食緊盆菜咁,料多得嚟又鮮,每一啖都係滿足,個味道正宗得滯👌。呢啲材料,每款都咁入味,真係食得津津有味!飲品部分,個雪糕紅豆冰冷喉又解膩,仲有隱約嘅椰香,添上面頭嗰層雪糕,真係完美嘅組合!至於熱嘅蛋白杏仁茶,呢個寒天熱飲,啱晒啫喱般滑溜嘅口感,滿滿杏仁味,冬天飲真係暖笠笠嘅。食完嗰晚,行出金記冰室,成個人都飽漲漲。如果你想找一個味道佳又有親民感覺嘅飯店,金記冰室肯定係你嘅首選!諗住下次仲要再嚟,試埋其他嘅美食呢!🍴🥤👏 continue reading

午飯時間,同細佬去呢間冰室食飯。兩年前食過一次覺得d嘢食ok,所以今日再去呢到食飯。我叫咗個“茄汁焗豬排飯” ,跟餐飲一杯 涷奶茶。細佬就叫咗個‘’白汁焗雞脾飯‘’,餐飲 涷華田。等咗都幾耐,差唔多要15分鐘左右,兩個焗飯先到。我咬咗啖塊豬排,好“鞋”,吞唔落🥵,難食,吐返出嚟。淨食埋d飯就算。細佬果個焗飯,佢話隻雞脾都係好“鞋”,唔好食🥵。又係食埋d飯就算。杯涷華田偏淡,唔好飲😓。最後大家都食得唔係好飽,埋單走人。連涷飲差唔多要成八十蚊一個飯,咁嘅質素,真係冇下次再幫襯。我哋之後要出去搵其他嘢食填肚。記得兩年前我食過都係呢個焗飯,焗飯超滿,塊豬排又大塊,肉質又淋,超好食。但今日再食,水準明顯下降,超難食🤮。如果用呢個價錢去其他餐廳,冰室食飯。分分鐘好食過佢,什至“平”過佢。所以認真冇下次再去幫襯佢。試埋佢其他嘢食。😡今日認真中伏。 continue reading
