To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食材差到不得了！米豬蓮三星仲衰過落旺角掃街，奉勸各位唔好嘥錢去食，咁嘅價錢，有好多更好選擇餐廳提供嘅所有食物，除咗銀雪魚係符合水準之外，冇一樣食物係好食所謂虎蝦，咪又係超市買到嗰D，雪到冇晒蝦味，肉質已經開始"鞋"天婦羅炸漿一D都唔脆，唔講仲以為係大陸食豬、牛同羊肉都普通過普通，自己去食韓燒"正"過佢本人諗住穩陣D，嗌咗杯可樂飲，點知來咗杯糖水，完全冇汽嘅糖水糯米糍塊皮厚過豬皮，黐線總結，500幾蚊一位真係唔抵食
