To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見佢新開張 諗住同朋友食個快飯試下佢晚市,到達餐廳嘅時候係夜晚八點三,餐廳門口寫明係收9:30,但係已經封起咗一半嘅座位拖緊地 好似準備收工咁樣,所以我哋都坐得比較迫夾。後來因為越來越多人入嚟食晚餐,佢又開放返嗰啲座位⋯⋯食物嘅種類唔算好多,可能都係一個系列嘅咖喱飯 蔥油飯,有豬雞牛俾你揀 但比起一般嘅茶餐廳算係好少選擇。我叫咗一個果香咕嚕肉飯,上枱嘅時候已經覺得普普通通,成個碟頭飯咁樣。我期望咕嚕肉會有少少菠蘿,但係一舊都冇,不過餐單設計係咁樣都冇辦法。可惜佢嘅味道都係非常之差,醬汁係勁酸,食到後來個口有少少灼痛嘅感覺,最慘係佢將咕嚕肉直接倒係飯上面,連飯都酸埋😞 咕嚕肉嘅份量都好少,有啲時候淨係食到炸皮,肉粒切得好細,炸完之後又乾又硬,係我一生人食過最難食嘅咕嚕肉。見到隔籬枱嘅咖喱牛腩飯 賣相同樣衝擊,我覺得我哋兩個飯夾埋先至可以成為一個兩餸飯,但係佢嘅價錢就比一般嘅貴好多👎🏻 以後都唔會再嚟食飯

食物嘅種類唔算好多,可能都係一個系列嘅咖喱飯 蔥油飯,有豬雞牛俾你揀 但比起一般嘅茶餐廳算係好少選擇。
