To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 起初叫咗碟正價飛天通菜,分量少得可憐似套餐,同待應講,叫佢check 清楚是否俾錯,佢話冇晒通菜所以少。我話你有冇搞錯?可以同我講已無乜通菜,叫其他,求其上菜客人唔出聲就當冇事。香港飲食業 爭氣啦,難怪深圳搶客,你俾乜客人食呀?仲叫咗豆角碎肉,d豆角走油走到淋哂軟哂 定唔知煮好後放咗好耐 ,簡直不知所謂唔知食緊乜!又鹹又油。明爐烏頭d湯底完全冇味,連應有配菜都慳返,如草菇 番茄仔等。d肉碎處理不當,一陣叔味。冇下次,浪費金錢加浪費一心帶老人家吃飯時間。
