爸爸夜晚有會要開,XO仔兩兄弟即帶同媽咪搵新野試。農曆新年前後唔想同人迫,結果棄選中餐,應蕃薯Uncle要求揀咗間主打西班牙tapas嘅「BÀRBAR」。位於灣仔船街嘅地舖光鮮明亮,不難找到。用餐大堂好有空間感,正門左方嘅小偏廳內有張八人枱。右手邊長長嘅開放式廚房則被多張高櫈圍繞著,木地板襯上雲石餐桌及時尚嘅燈飾,甚有格調。五人被安排入座較入嘅半梳化式散座,牆上嘅多樽酒瓶彷彿正道出店子主要做酒客。餐墊上擺有自用餐具及口罩套。酒牌共有三頁之多,有啲失望唔見有歡樂時光優惠。細佬例牌飲生啤。其他人就試咗兩款西班牙水果雞尾酒,一紅一白,均由服務生於桌旁調製。食物餐牌一大頁,只有英文版。Ibérico ham croquettes($18/pc)+ Bacalao croquette, “piquillo” all-i-oli($23/pc):契妹同哥哥每人食咗件炸波波,都讚好香脆。Tomato bread($33):小食嘅多士底鬆脆暖手,塗面微酸嘅蕃茄蓉濕潤開胃。Butter Lettuce, Chickpeas, almonds, romesco vinaigrette($87):沙律用上嘅
