To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屯門牛牛又出去覓食今次喺返自己地頭就去咗GOGO MALL嘅餐廳試吓啲馬拉菜！雖然係呢一個地方有林林總總嘅食店但係呢間馬拉菜確實好吸引到我嘅目光～點完菜之後就等候取餐～大概10分鐘之後就有得食啦今次同朋友揀咗兩碗面同兩杯凍飲一款係我哋平時喺香港食開嘅喇沙另一碗就係正宗嘅馬拉風味配上凍檸茶仲有馬拉茶～豆卜吸收晒個湯嘅精華同香味～～滲滲～係油麵加米粉！啲蝦好有鮮味！魚蛋都唔差喔米線略為冧身～但無損湯底嘅美味！
