To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過太多間元氣, 始終食黎食去都係呢間, 次次都唔會令你失望, 由服務到食物,連塊紫菜都脆過人,不過今次就差左小小, 差左個位係啲紫菜淋左, 服務可能換過晒批樓面, 唔係唔好禮貌既,但就蒙盛盛咁。至於啲壽司呢,一般黎講都比其他分店好,只係有啲就掙啲,個筋子小左好多啦, 海膽無咁豐盛同埋無之前咁鮮, 三文魚無以前咁肥美, 而且去時只係八點,但好多野都無, 由其係其間限定既,不過可能唔入咁多係到擺都明既。整體黎講都係合格嫁,只係有小小失手,但會再幫襯嫁!
