To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日諗住去附近買蛋糕既時候同朋友經過依間野，見到好似入面幾店舖幾乾淨就入去試下我比較早入去，個陣時就比較少人，咁入到去店員服務都幾好幾親切，佢會推介你地食咩。咁店員推介我食煲仔飯，我同朋友就叫左豉汁排骨飯同北菇滑雞飯咁之後佢就比左個湯我，sorry飲左少少先影，佢個湯唔係d咩味精湯，飲落去係感覺到落足料。依個又係我食左先影既豉汁排骨飯，記得岩岩黎個陣落一落豉油跟住再cum返個蓋焗一焗至於落幾多豉油就隨你地，我就建議落多d會入味好多，食落去味道都唔錯但唯一我覺得可以多返d排骨，我覺得太少，排骨都仲未食完仲有好多飯依個係我朋友食既北菇滑雞飯，個陣係未落豉油既樣，我都係比個外觀比大家睇，聽我朋友講都唔錯但因為我冇食，所以不多加評論

依個又係我食左先影既豉汁排骨飯，記得岩岩黎個陣落一落豉油跟住再cum返個蓋焗一焗
至於落幾多豉油就隨你地，我就建議落多d會入味好多，食落去味道都唔錯
