To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於位於Yoho的另一品牌正在裝修，所以今晚同家人試下透過外賣平台幫襯譚仔雲南米線送餐。收到餐後打開食品包裝時，先被部分食物盒吸引 “完全可分解塑膠“，個人感覺對環境污染起碼係有好過無，當然如果可以盡量減塑會更加理想。先講家人的三餸麵，感覺食物份量上相對較為少，而湖南酸辣湯底感覺亦稍為淡，各款食材的品質尚算滿意。我的過橋米線食材份量一般，湖南酸辣湯同樣較淡，而各款丸的口感有改進的空間。黑栢葉及土匪雞翼都算美味。
