早幾日2013年既米芝蓮指南出左啦正所謂花無百日紅,做餐廳既,要keep住呢個榮譽,唔容易所以,每一次米芝蓮出指南,都引起媒體、餐廳東主、廣大食家既關注早排睇報道,見到island tang被奪星,但明明早兩個星期,Lahris同朋友Y去食點心,都仲覺得好滿足或者,我地唔夠咀叼掛但,我總覺得,island tang都仲ok,仲值得去多一次、兩次、三次既坦白講,呢度既環境、服務都一流,好適合三五知己傾下計,好似眨眼間,就過左過幾兩個鐘咁,好comfortable;至於服務,時不時有人走埋泥幫你加茶,笑容又好至於食物,由於我地兩個女人仔,唔食得幾多野,應該話,由於皮膚敏感,唔係樣樣都食得,所以除左堅持要食叉燒同燒腩仔以外,我地幾乎有咁素得咁素(hahaha,眼利既你,可能發現,我地仲食左叉燒腸) 叉燒真係好味到不得不比三對筷子佢,不過,由於我地本身就知道叉燒好食,所以只能夠話實際情況符合預期;至於,燒腩仔,就真係叫我地特別驚喜,一泥係我地原本諗住,「反正都係肥,就試埋燒腩仔」既心態,對佢無咩期望,只係希望食完唔會肥幾磅,二泥係,即使我地食得好慢,果塊皮都仲係keep住脆,舊肉都仲係咁jui

所以,每一次米芝蓮出指南,都引起媒體、餐廳東主、廣大食家既關注

早排睇報道,見到island tang被奪星,但明明早兩個星期,Lahris同朋友Y去食點心,都仲覺得好滿足
或者,我地唔夠咀叼掛
但,我總覺得,island tang都仲ok,仲值得去多一次、兩次、三次既

 如果無記錯,呢個應該係芋絲春卷,(好似係),都幾香口,不過,食完燒腩仔,再食春卷,就有D膩

 為左有一頓balanced meal,專登order左個蒜容炒豆苗,呢個真係好食!因為D菜真係好嫩好甜

哈哈哈哈,好似無咩挑剔咁,如果真係要Lahris spot a flaw,大概係點心選擇唔夠多,據我記得,好似得一個page,十幾樣?
