To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當然唔少得午餐肉仲有和韓國年糕

韓國年糕喺邊甜辣醬香軟益冧

其實有諗過要加白飯嚟撈汁

但係食完部隊鍋再加埋兩個小菜呢真係夠飽喇

值得表揚嘅係:呢個部隊鍋賣相都已經勁引人

味道仲好好添,作為一個熱愛韓國嘢食嘅人嚟講

佢個甜辣醬真係一流又夠辣又夠惹嘢味

啲海鮮係出奇地夾!!!!!

其實部隊鍋嘅泡菜同豆牙已經索曬汁汁

好香㗎,再加上腐皮簡直係不能不食

收晒韓式辣醬嘅風味再加上佢本身嘅豆香味

一食落口就會覺得:原來腐皮可以咁好食!!!!!!!!!!!!!
