To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雜菇田園沙律普普通通。

平時成日食呢間嘅煙三文魚田園沙律，唔錯嘅！今日就想試下新野，所以就揀左雜菇田園沙律（$28）。一盒有唔同蔬菜，包括青瓜，普通沙律菜，番茄，車厘茄，紅菜頭。上面就有兩種菇，分別係秀珍菇同埋雞脾菇，再加左香草。蔬果全部都好新鮮，附送嘅油醋汁好香，我好鍾意！不過菇嘅份量比較少，同埋冇乜味道，雖然加左香草。紅菜頭好多汁好甜好好味！總括黎講，我覺得呢個價錢係一間學校黎講係有少少貴，不過如果比起普通賣沙律嘅餐廳就梗係算平啦！而且質素都唔錯嘅，不過一個人食又未必夠飽喎。
