朋友同我慶祝生日,佢地知我鍾意食蝦,又鍾意食日本野,於是我就懷著好奇既心情去食今次既蝦宴生日飯。原來今次朋友帶左我去食好野,呢間隱世居酒屋雖然唔算太大,但好有日本風,例如用左石頭木材做了牆身,餐桌椅子既佈置,門外還掛上日式燈籠。由於朋友一早同餐廳book左位,所以雜錦蝦刺身拼盤好快就呈現我眼前lu~~話明雜錦蝦刺身拼盤,當然係全蝦宴la~~全部都係由世界唔同地方購入既食材肉質鮮甜又大,平時唔食蝦頭既我,因今次特別新鮮,我也試一試鮮味濃郁,爽口不太黏,完全冇雪藏味甜嫩肉質,刺身既鮮味比起熟食更佳彈牙再帶點海水味,肉質鮮爽,龍蝦味強烈最為特別,好難才吃得到,其味鮮甜又細緻,入口有少許膠質感而彈牙。龍蝦頭還滿佈綠綠既蝦膏,非常甜味日本珍珠米同普通白飯混合,令到飯既質感軟硬適中,長長既琵琶蝦上還加上三文魚子,更為爽口,一d 都唔韌,就算琵琶蝦頭或蝦尾還有肉呢!!PS: 大廚亦很健談、幽默,一有時間就會同客人傾計,我地一邊食一邊和同大廚交流,真係好享受係呢度用餐。
