To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟The Mira的公關朋友傾開計,佢話CoCo有新款的杯子蛋糕推出,想拿幾件給我試試,順便一齊食晚飯。小弟就老實不客氣,立即拿出電話,夾好日子,又到我最喜歡的酒店食食食。環境之前已經介紹過,不再在此長氣,單刀直入講食物吧!其實,跟這裡的公關已成朋友,加上是晚人不多 (連我連兩位公關也只是四人),不用預先安排菜色,反正喜歡吃什麼就點什麼,大家輕輕鬆鬆,風花雪月一晚,來得更好。大大隻的油泡鮮蟹鉗,賣相吸引是意料中事,大口咬下,啖啖肉,肉質嫩口,鮮味無極限,當然吃得滿足。又食又拎,大家傾到唔捨得走,十分愉快,希望雨次有機會品嚐這裡的點心,期待中…
