To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個月去左炮台山嘅雞少，雖然份量都足，但雞無雞味、飯太硬兼個湯唔知想點，如果大家唔記得可以去睇番嗰個食評。今次就要介紹番其中一間正嘅海南雞飯，上環嘅勇記海南雞。講真，位處蘇杭街中段嘅勇記，地點真係唔算方便，我諗如果唔係食過、喺附近返工、或者有人推薦嘅話都唔會搵到嚟呢個位🤦🏾之但係佢嘅出品又真係好食，雞肉嫩滑油份適中、油飯軟硬度適中、佢個醬唔係三色醬、而係類似泰式嘅特制醬，夠曬惹味。 （9/10）俾多個貼士大家，佢呢個飯餐有湯送，如果送曬就送杯茶。佢個湯好飲，但非常搶手！晏左少少到都會無曬。就好似我今日咁就同個湯無緣🥲 所以建議大家如果想試佢個湯要喺食晏時間早d到呀！
