講到去飲番杯嘢,尖沙咀海傍一向都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。今次我就去到位於尖沙咀中心嘅「Bushra」,亮金色嘅裝潢好似去咗中東紙醉金迷嘅世界一樣。我就點咗兩杯特色飲品。第一杯就係Dubai gold, 金色底座用火槍點燃,圓形嘅火圈充滿視覺效果。第二杯就試咗Alladin’s lamp,店員會拎住神燈將飲品倒入玻璃杯中,可以感受做一日阿拉丁。接下來就到咗主菜嘅環節。Josper grilled whole seabass鐵盤中嘅海鱸魚大條又充滿光澤,魚皮經過香烤至金黃色,另外魚肉部份厚身又嫩滑。Signature Tagine北非菜式經常都會見到,以塔狀容器最為人熟悉。有多款肉類可以選擇,我就選擇咗雞肉,菜式配搭多款時令蔬果和豆類,我就覺得配搭烤餅一齊食就一流。
