初一的晚上,帶爸爸媽媽嚟食齋晚餐。由於比較遲先search,好多地方一係唔開,一係冇位。最後搵到呢度,但係要6點鐘食,OK吖。但唔知點解訂完檯之後有啲唔係好想嚟,因為啲相唔係好吸引咁,有啲擔心雞年第一餐會被破壞,但冇辦法,為時已晚,唯有照嚟素軟殻蟹卷 ($78)賣相的確不錯,外層嘅紫菜夠晒脆,入面就係炸紫菜,但好似啲油味過重,蓋過咗其他食材嘅鮮味梅菜扣玉 ($112)就咁睇,都似係梅菜扣肉嘅,但如果啲冬瓜可以有心思啲吉好多好多個細窿,咁會更加似模似樣;平時食梅菜,9成都係鹹到不得了,呢度嘅係剩低嗰1成!反而仲食到少少嘅甜味,撈飯啱晒!石窩素臘腸炒飯 ($128)個石窩好熱,入面嘅炒飯炒得粒粒分明好乾身;素臘腸比較似廚師腸多啲,味道適中,配合菜粒、粟米粒、蘿蔔粒、雞蛋碎,色彩繽紛好吸引!薑米牛玉炒芥蘭 ($92)其實薑米即係細薑粒,但呢度嗰啲又係薑片,呃咗!但芥蘭炒得又香又爽脆,就算炒到熟晒但仲保持到翠綠色;素牛肉做到有啲纖維,又真係同真嘅牛肉有幾分相似!紅棗糕 ($28)樹葉形嘅紅棗糕好吸引,口感煙韌彈牙又棗香撲鼻,甜度適中唔會過甜或過酸,入面仲有夾雜少少紅棗皮,雖然咬唔出但感覺更加天
