黎開荃灣做野,去反之前食過幾次既柴灣角街食晏,今次想食勁大豬扒飯,所以揀左大車,個餐牌無乜唔同,都係揀舊扒,再揀個汁咁,但今次上到枱,個豬扒飯記完全變左另一個樣,之前係兩件咁大大件豬扒鋪係飯上面,又平又好食又有特色,而家就變左一件細好多既厚豬扒,放係飯旁邊,望落就精緻過以前,可能想走高級少少既西餐路線,但就無左個特色。煎豬扒飯配蔥油豬扒係厚切,兩邊煎得金黃,肉質有d鞋,個蔥油反而唔錯,好香,但配薄扒會夾好多。熟食中心咁樣六十幾蚊一份略貴。朋友既煎雞扒飯,都係配蔥油,雞扒就同以前差唔多,底面香,微脆,肉質滑。

煎豬扒飯配蔥油
豬扒係厚切,兩邊煎得金黃,肉質有d鞋,個蔥油反而唔錯,好香,但配薄扒會夾好多。
熟食中心咁樣六十幾蚊一份略貴。

朋友既煎雞扒飯,都係配蔥油,雞扒就同以前差唔多,底面香,微脆,肉質滑。
