總括就係唔推薦 貼錢買難受 越嚟越難食越嚟越貴 態度唔好 搞到好似好高級 失去初衷 我比咗好多次機會 希望佢哋回頭是岸

永遠都唔會再幫襯話說依間野本身都好地地,裝修完重開,食物質素每況愈下。本身個飯加凍飲收10蚊都算貴,裝修完加到12蚊,仲要依家過年話唔比單叫個飯逼人加飲品,食個飯收60蚊。咁我問句:冇得剩係叫個飯啊? 個收銀答我:得啊,照收一樣錢之嘛!味道冇特別,塊豬扒仲細過我手掌,杯凍檸茶淡到冇茶味,一睇就知唔係用茶膽沖,淡黃色,成杯檸水咁!之前試過叫個粟米餐肉飯。本身諗住佢好似粟米肉粒飯。點知一個35蚊嘅飯,係一個麥當勞粟米杯,咁嘅粟米倒落個飯再加餐肉碎,連汁都冇,啲餐肉砌返埋應該半塊餐肉都冇。錢就想賺盡,質素就差嘅餐廳永遠都唔會再幫襯。

之前試過叫個粟米餐肉飯。本身諗住佢好似粟米肉粒飯。點知一個35蚊嘅飯,係一個麥當勞粟米杯,咁嘅粟米倒落個飯再加餐肉碎,連汁都冇,啲餐肉砌返埋應該半塊餐肉都冇。


錢就想賺盡,質素就差嘅餐廳永遠都唔會再幫襯。

以前食開覺得係附近最新鮮健康嘅選擇,就算價錢貴都依然會返去食個煎雞扒。以前個餐有雞扒有蛋有多士有沙律$55,到後期成日話做唔到,冇左多士同沙律都照收同價,外賣都仲好意思照收多你3蚊添。但係近排個雞扒又乾又硬,比以前難食左好多😨而家啲嘢又難食,又貴老闆態度又差真係唔建議去食。次次食親一肚氣,感覺行親入去就要俾佢屈錢。今日初7新年期間其他檔口冇開,又要屈你食新年餐,嗌碟生菜加少少豉油都收你$40,絕對係貪得無厭賺到盡。

成日聽啲同事食晏時會去柴灣角熟食市場,今日有朋自遠方來同我食晏,對方又建議去啲有室外嘅地方食,我第一時間就諗住試吓呢啲喺香港謹存嘅熟食市場。一去到,冇咩搵食邊間,而且呢間就係第一間舖,所以我同朋友都取其就腳,坐低咗。坐唔夠10秒,有個阿姐走嚟係咁催我哋叫嘢食,目測當時呢個檔都係得4檯客,我哋話睇睇先,佢又唔行開,企喺度不停口叫我哋食呢啲、食嗰啲。喺咁煩嘅情況吓,是但叫咗青咖喱雞扒飯、凍檸茶。(阿姐仲即時話青咖喱好辣㗎喎。我答佢青咖喱就係要辣先好食嘛!)朋友都冇時間諗所以都係是但叫咗餐蛋飯要豉油汁同凍齋啡。個碟頭青咖喱雞扒飯,汁稀....呈透明狀嘅玻璃芡,食落完全冇咖喱嘅味道,更加別說辣。雞扒乾夾硬,仲要冇味。飯質有如比較乾身糊仔,飯粒已經唔知放咗幾耐,比正常飯粒大,好似浸到發咗咁。成碟嘢....汁、飯同雞扒都係凍嘅,暖都唔暖吓,冇味。真係差到一個點。朋友食嘅更加不值一提,都係一個字凍!我就奉勸各位,可以不試。

之前見朋友來呢到食既圖幾吸引,咁啱屋企過來呢到都近,今日就試下佢。叫左個剪雞扒一丁同埋香茅豬排飯。先講下佢個雞扒一丁,雞扒係正既,皮剪得非常脆身,而雞扒本身都保留到肉汁,可惜既係一丁非常唔掂,原因有二,第一佢個麵唔係落爐煮,只係用熱水拖一拖過,所以呢個口感係極差,第二就係佢勁多水但就用返一包味精粉,所以極為淡口,只論一丁來說真係以後不吃。另一個香茅豬排飯就非常妙啦,首先豬排超濃香茅味,讚👍🏻,之後白飯就係正常,但配搭埋佢個蔥油䜴油就非常惹味。價錢方面就真係比較貴,大排檔午餐要$58,不過味道方面係可以去一去,或者經過附近都可以一試。

黎開荃灣做野,去反之前食過幾次既柴灣角街食晏,今次想食勁大豬扒飯,所以揀左大車,個餐牌無乜唔同,都係揀舊扒,再揀個汁咁,但今次上到枱,個豬扒飯記完全變左另一個樣,之前係兩件咁大大件豬扒鋪係飯上面,又平又好食又有特色,而家就變左一件細好多既厚豬扒,放係飯旁邊,望落就精緻過以前,可能想走高級少少既西餐路線,但就無左個特色。煎豬扒飯配蔥油豬扒係厚切,兩邊煎得金黃,肉質有d鞋,個蔥油反而唔錯,好香,但配薄扒會夾好多。熟食中心咁樣六十幾蚊一份略貴。朋友既煎雞扒飯,都係配蔥油,雞扒就同以前差唔多,底面香,微脆,肉質滑。

豬扒係厚切,兩邊煎得金黃,肉質有d鞋,個蔥油反而唔錯,好香,但配薄扒會夾好多。

雖然它位於有線大檔,卻是TVB御用大排檔/路邊邊爐店拍攝勝地,但其實老是賣西餐。大車是大檔中最貴,午餐五六十蚊,絕不便宜,所以在附近工作了整年都只吃過一次。上一次食朋友推介的香煎豬扒飯配香蔥豉油汁,記憶中有兩大塊,煎得香脆,香蔥汁頗有越式風味。現在標明不用巴西豬扒,可能因此來貨價貴了,要$60,包冷熱飲品,於是這次點了平一點的雞扒,$50。雞扒一大塊,香蔥豉油汁上次是淋在飯上,今次用小膠兜上,份量少了,還好剛好夠送飯。飯是珍珠米,粒粒分明。日替今天有肉醬意粉,$50,意粉是一般港式茶記那種煮得粗粗爛爛的,份量也很少(但我看到旁邊桌時份量是我們的兩倍),碟也崩,肉醬也很少,像素蕃茄意粉,全靠那幾條菜苗賣相才好一點。很多黑椒,糖味重。

黑椒煎豬扒飯
煎豬扒味適中但比較鞋口,珍珠米飯硬度ok,黑椒汁一般。原本叫“多汁”但伙計落單時話佢哋本身已經係勁多汁,睇下夠唔夠先!之後睇多次個menu原來另叫汁要收5蚊,感覺有d小家,個飯已經收咁貴,如果真係要再多汁竟然要收錢~

跟餐有冷熱飲品,同事叫咗杯熱飲,我就加咗8蚊轉咗杯特飲。

華田爆脆
自從舊年喺新加坡飲過後就好鍾意!返到香港都見過有d茶仔有poster 但想叫嘅時候又話冇,估唔到呢度會有!
味道其實同一般華田一樣,不過佢沖得幾濃,飲到尾都冇比冰溝淡,面頭仲好多脆脆!正!
